Often it is difficult for small businesses to be serious about sustainability but at Peters’ Cleaners all the electricity we use in our factory is from a 100% renewable source.

At Peters’ Cleaners we are looking to reduce our carbon footprint and one of the key utilities we use in our factory is electricity.

Since 2016 we have taken simple steps to reduce our use of electricity such as replacing all light bulbs with energy efficient ones, better insulating our shops where possible and replacing old
machinery to more efficient machinery.

In 2017 we changed our electricity supplier for our factory to Opus Energy. Opus Energy use 100% renewables to generate their energy minimising the carbon footprint of the companies it provides electricity to.
